Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from Dufvebol Consulting AB (operating under the brand Project In Motion).

1. Mini Trainings & Digital Courses

All mini trainings, digital courses, and downloadable materials include immediate access upon purchase.

All sales are final. No refunds will be granted.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived.

2. Group Programs

If a group program has a fixed start date:

Refund requests may be submitted up to 7 days before the official program start date. No refunds will be granted once the program has started.

If a group program includes immediate access to digital materials:

The purchase is final and non-refundable.

3. 1:1 Mentorship & Coaching

All mentorship and coaching agreements are binding upon purchase.

Once the first session has been delivered, no refunds will be granted.

Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without timely notice will be considered completed.

4. Payment Plans

Payment plans are binding agreements.

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program fee in installments.

Failure to complete payments does not cancel your financial obligation and may result in suspended access to services or content.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact:

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access-related issues.
